how could you visually identify a gsr cam vs. an ls cam?? any specific markings ??? thanx

 

wel, for starters; one has 3 lobes per set of valve and the other has 1.

 

Actually, the LS cam has two lobes per cylinder per side. One lobe for each valve. VTEC cams have 3 lobes per cylinder per side.
