Pro 1s would be good too IMO. ctr pistons would compliment that cam\

but if you are set on those. ITRs

rocket cams package comes with springs/retainers, custom ecu map, and modified spark plugs....

theyre a great product. search around on h-t and youll see tons of people making power with them

id reccomend m22x for your setup

Not sure, Iam guessing betwween 10.8 to 11.5 to 1. Jotech motorsports in garland said sumthing like 11.2 to 1. Wanting to keep stock redline.

Can be used with stock valvetrain and good overall power stock redline. If you run bigger cams, I would get higher compression, higher redline, etc.

how come there isn't more info on comp cam's or why don't more people use them? j/w not tying to hy-jack your post, out of those i'd choose the skunk
s over the ir's probably, but the itr's are a great choice too, if the comps make more power i'd use those, but i can't seem to find much info on them.

jhpusa.com stage 1 $590 before tax/shipping
stage 2 $510

i think my friend sells them cheaper. i'll let you know when i find more info. just wondering what ur zip code is so i can tell u how much shipping is.

i say, since ur spending money already- do it once, do it right. get a new set of valvesprings n retainers- even if u don't need it, it's always good to know that if u miss-shift u don't have to worry as much about sucking a valve.

I personally would NOT even consider running the M22's as of now if I was you. I have them in my B16b and they are still too much cam for the motor, in a stock B16a they would bog like crazy. Personally I don't think you can go wrong with either the type r, S2S1, or BC3+. You could find a used set of type r cams for around 300 bucks and they offer a very decent increase in power. If I was you, depending on future goals, would do a used type r.
