Can be used with stock valvetrain and good overall power stock redline. If you run bigger cams, I would get higher compression, higher redline, etc.

s over the ir's probably, but the itr's are a great choice too, if the comps make more power i'd use those, but i can't seem to find much info on them.

jhpusa.com stage 1 $590 before tax/shipping
stage 2 $510
i think my friend sells them cheaper. i'll let you know when i find more info. just wondering what ur zip code is so i can tell u how much shipping is.
i say, since ur spending money already- do it once, do it right. get a new set of valvesprings n retainers- even if u don't need it, it's always good to know that if u miss-shift u don't have to worry as much about sucking a valve.

I personally would NOT even consider running the M22's as of now if I was you. I have them in my B16b and they are still too much cam for the motor, in a stock B16a they would bog like crazy. Personally I don't think you can go wrong with either the type r, S2S1, or BC3+. You could find a used set of type r cams for around 300 bucks and they offer a very decent increase in power. If I was you, depending on future goals, would do a used type r.
