BuddyCluc Dual Valve Springs Help!!

Hi, i need help for my bc dual valve springs. I'm buy reciently bc dual valve spring b series and not sure what spring are into intake and exhaust. This springs are painted with white and red ink. Please i need help to mount in my cilidner Head.
