Yeah you should be just fine. I've always heard itr/ ctr or tuner 1's are right about the limit for stock b20v.

yes but id make sure you have double springs first as you can get valve float and the valve could kiss the piston.

^Like he said, they'll work well but get GSR, ITR, S2 Alpha, or SuperTech dual springs.

ITR or aftermarket dual valve springs are necessary for ITR cams. GSR intake valve springs are the same as the ITR exhaust valve springs, so you could move those over and get an ITR intake valve spring set.
