Default B20VTEC ?

What block to use and why so far I found B20A, B20B and B20Z.

Any block will do, but I would try to get a hold of the cleanest one, get it resleeved, and go from there.

Like the post above me said - go for the b20b or b20z. B20z has a higher CR of 9.6:1.
