Just to be sure, the K uses injectors that are compatible with H/B series right?

I know honda got a little weird a few times and changed the actual shape/design of the injector, like the accord euro-r.....

I don't think these will work since the fuel pressure at the rail is similar to that of a diesel(100+psi) as opposed to other Hondas (45psi)

it will work - where did you get that info ^ from?? (the 100 psi)... looks like they can be made to work on b-series when I spoke to synapse motorsport today

Thats what I heard from another source that will work with B-series, just some modifcations, hence why I order a personal set to check 'em out!

Looks like it will work ok with b-series. When you swap out the o-ring at the top(one that goes in the rail) with the smaller b-series it seals good. You just have to be careful which combination of rail and intake manifold. It should be spaced correctly so that its not crushing the injector or grommets too much.

what clips do the injectors take? obd1, obd2? Did the clips or injectors need to be modified at all?

pics would be sweet.

up!

Acuraoemparts.com lists the clips at $0.44 ea, injectors $37.18 .. can anyone confirm these are saturated type injectors? I'm assuming they are, will be ordering some soon!

yes, the rdx clips will have to be used. only way to go without some ugly hack job. from what I hear the injectors are going on backorder. I can check tomorrow.

I dont think Honda is doing direct injection yet...so I doubt these run higher pressures.

honda does have the direct injected motors its the i-vtec-i 2.0L motor. a true direct injected gasoline motor that runs at about 65:1 a/f ratio.

What car(s) is this in? I need to start reading more about the newer stuff I guess, I have heard a lot of good stuff from the Audi front on direct injection.

Honda has a Diesel engine in Europe that may be DI, dont know for sure. Makes crazy torque.
And BTW, RDX injectors sold out, now on back order

Here is a link to the UK 2.2 diesel http://www.greencarcongress.co....html
It is reported that US diesel vehicle production will triple by 2009...
