Sounds like a decent parts list. However, go with a better header. Take a look at PLM header's. I have a bunch of the stuff you're looking for, for sale. Take a look at my thread's

Check out my build thread. I put down 220 on a dyno dynamics that is known to read around 10% low compared to everything else in my area. Still have cam tuning to do...

parts list sounds solid for the most part. i def second the comment about a better header. also which skunk2 exhaust are you using though? power wise a 3inch is your best bet, and the only skunk2 exhaust that is is the megapower RR. and which aem cold air? 3 inch is also your best bet for that, and only the itr model is that size. if you don't already have the intake id suggest going with a 3 inch short ram with a velocity stack. as for the numbers your hoping for, 230 is def attainable, 170 is shooting a little high though.

Thanks for the response! For a the cold air intake its a 3inch short ram but the exhaust i think is just megapower R i think its 2.5

Fuel pump is massive for the power levels you're shooting for

header is garbage

throttle body is too big since the skunk manifold has s 64mm port opening

those injectors are old technology, Injector Dynamics or a similar Bosch style injector will make more power

I'd personally run a smaller cam like a Blox C, tuner 2, or Pro 1

Why not go 85mm on the pistons? B20 blocks are cheap.

A B16 transmission will be faster

Actually the pump he's using is the smallest he should go for as far as his goal.

750cc injectors at 90lbs of pressure only require 180LPH, I'm pretty sure his 440cc injectors at 50psi will be fine with a 190LPH pump.

Walbro states the 190lph will support at least 350 hp. They rate the 255lph at 500+. A stock accord fuel pump was flow tested a while back and shown it could support close to 250hp.

I wouldn't waste money on the "block guard".

I would go 85mm amd css it, if the budget allows. Also a 4.7 or 4.9 final drive would be a blast.

I'd change the header, intake manifold, and switch to rdx injectors. The fuel atomization is great. The droplets are an impressive 50 microns.

Nothing wrong with the 255, they are cheap and leaves plenty of growing room if the setup changes in the future.

I've also tested on my own car that 255 is the smallest I'd go on even a naturally aspirated motor. Trust me 255 or more if needed is the way to go.

For a difference in 10 bucks get the 255 and be done w/ it.

-440 cc blox fuel injectors
-p28 ecu
-skunk2 catback
gsr tranny

couple things, some touched upon:

-block guards are absolute ****, they do nothing. blows my mind in 2015 people still buy that ****.
-dc header is garbage, you'll be better off with any other replica custom header ie plm, 1320, and etc(reps of toda, rmf & etc etc)
-225lph fuel pump is fine, I have a 255lph on my internally stock jdm b18c, from when my old b18c1 motor was boosted.
-why blox injectors? get either rc or grams, much better, proven time and time again and same price point. boggles my mind as to why you chose blox for injectors.
-I hope you plan on tuning this setup with hondata or such.
-you're fine with the gsr trans, you should be making enough power that the slighter shorter geared b16 trans wont make much of a difference except annoy you, consume more fuel and put unnecessary stress on your motor.
-get a 70mm tb, i recommend the skunk2 alpha, you can get it for cheap ~$120 shipped....then use the gasket as a template and port match the sk2 manifold to match your tb(70mm).

the rest of your list looks good

i keep hearing good things about them and how their spray pattern is superior to RC but i personally have no experience with them

They performed will w/ my build and MANY guys have gained 5-7whp just from switching them and adding a little pressure. They like 50-60psi base

RC is old technology. Go to a updated bosch style injector.

Better spray patter, smaller particulates, better atomization, more power.

plenty for pump gas with bumped up pressure but e85 is another story
