I would suggest Crower 63402-A (currently in my built b18c1), primary and secondary is the same with 63401 but stage 2 vtec lobes ...

the 12mm bolts were torqued to 35-40 on the cam cap rails...... the 10mm were just snugged ..... im pretty positive

needless to say they were too dam tight

i'm not sure what specs are on that cam but look here for max lift.

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1803606

I really would not go above 12.5 mm on stock ITR springs

The lift of 63402-A is 11.8mm on intake and exhaust, i would not gamble with type r valve spring. I'm using omni valve spring and retainer. Since you are gonna change the valves anyway, racing valve spring and reatainer is a good investments and peace of mind .
