3 inch Thermal Exhaust to big for 150whp D16?? 2 inch HKS To Small??
I have both sitting here. The motor is in a CRX. It is most likly going to see about 150whp and 117lbs. On the intake side are 48mm itb's. Gude custom 4-1 header with a 2.25 outlet.

id sell the two exhausts that you currently have and buy either a 2.25" or a 2.5". the reason i say the 2.25" is because that is what size the collector is on your header. or another option would be to buy a header with a 2.5" collector and then have a 2.5" cat-back with a high-flow cat.
