I would go with a walbro 190 fuel pump and youll prob need some injectors too rc 310's would work. My motor was partially tuned to 188 whp on stock injectors and my tuner said the injectors were running at 95% duty cycle.

If you would have had a dohc vtec fuel pump I would say use the stock one but with a dx one 14 years old at that I would replace it there not that expensive either.

sorry im new to fuel system and setting them up properly. i dont mind the fuel pump being there as its quiet and produces little heat. if i can keep it thats one less thing i have to spend money on.

can i do "VAFC hack" using bigger injectors on my ride and be able to tune it properly?

oops i missed that the pump was almost 14 yrs old. Keep an eye on it at least if you dont wanna upgrade it. If you do, there is no need for a "high flow" fuel pump. Even a stock honda pump would be fine.
