b20z block, completely stock
b16a head with ctr cams and gears set to 0,0
skunk2 IM
b16 throttle body
3" shortram intake
ebay header, stock cat, apexi n1 catback
basically stock b20zvtec with ctr cams and boltons, street tuned with uberdata
ran it recently at the track, 93 hatch + interior
bfg g-force t/a drag radials 205/50/15
best time ;
R/T : .192
60' : 2.086
330 : 5.666
1/8 : 8.605
mph: 84.23
1000: 11.103
1/4: 13.233
mph: 105.77
Overall I am satisfied with what I ran, for a pretty much stock b20vtec, but I really just want to get that 12 second timeslip. Does anyone think its possible with maybe a better 60 foot and trying a few other things? Another thing is this was done with a LS tranny. I know people always say to get gsr or b16 but doesnt the LS have the same 1,2,3 gears? What would be the best transmission for me to get? Thanks </TD></TR></TABLE>
I think GSR tranny has the same Final drive as LS but different 1,2,3,4. The B16 tranny has different 1,2,3,4 AND 4.40 Final drive I believe. So in order from worst to best (assuming NA setup) LS, GSR, B16, USDM ITR, JDM ITR.

I have the us ITR tranny and love it. except for crusing in 5th gear doing 70 on the highway i am at like 4200 rpm but it does pull hard in 5th
i had a b20vtec bout a year ago, it was

chipped P28 ecu redlines at 9200rpm
b&m fuel pressure reg. and guage
best time of 13.4 at 101mph on 22x8x13 Hoosiers in a eg VX hatch

Well here ya go b20 vtec dyno chart for my drag car. 68mm tb, jg intake manifold, 310's (just to dyno i have bigger ones coming) endyn street port head, crower 63413 cams, skunk2 cam gears, stock valves, smsp b19 one piece header, msd ignition, 3 inch short ram w carbon fiber velocity stack, HONDATA. The car weighs 1,750 and last year i went 11.78 at 114.9mph with 219.8hp and 153.6 tq. The only things i changed this year was the tb, mani, header. last year i had typer tb, typer intake mani, dc jdm header. same long block!!! Graphs are from new manifold setup and car pics are from last year.

you gotta be kidding right!!!???
that is an oxymoron right there....
why would you tune with vafc when you have an s300 that will program the ecu not trick it!
