Default Type S?

Has anyone heard anything about a Type S trim for the TSX?
Some salesmen was talking to my dad about a TL Type S comming out sometime late this year, early next year. I dont know if he was talking out of his *** though. He said something about a V8 in the TL. Who knows.
Im looking at buying a TSX soon but wanted to hold off if there was going to be a Type S.

Thanks.

Actually, that is just the A-spec "aero package" and isn't really the Type S version...

keep in mind the tsx is already very robust fromthe factory. tweaking the engine more is pretty hard to do all things considering. but best bet is the a-spec. i've heard that its really noticable in driving. you give up road noise and stiffness because of the a-spec tho.

tl-s with v8? ahhaha the RL is still rumored to have a v6/v8 and i highly doubt the tl will bring a s. maybe a a spec.. but that's still pushing it. stock for stock.. the 6spd tl is still hell of a car even fwd.

There will be an A-Spec kit offered for it this year, we just ordered two kits.

REALLY?!?!
I was just at my dealership asking about the TSX A-Spec and he said
"It will never happen."
Although they did have an RSX-S A-Spec in the showroom.
I wasnt very impressed however. It had the lip kit and Type R spoiler.
Nicer rims and tires as well as a suspension upgrade.
They were selling this car for like $30k and some change.

Well the Euro Accord type R motor is like 215 or 220 hp. So they could drop it in there as a type S trim. It would make sense to drop that euro accord type R engine with the rumored AWD TSX. Cross your fingers boys and girls!

My Type-S is doing 190HP.
Too bad the Euro Type-R does not actually come to the UK, Netherlands and so on.
