Dealership problems
So i bought my tsx last week and i love it.When i was purchasing the car the dealership showed told me about the saftey inspection they performed. They replaced the rear rotors and pads and stated the fronts were fine.I let my mom drive the car for a few days and she told me after a couple of days that the car feels wierd.
I drove it to work and noticed it needed an alignment/during braking car would shake(warped rotors)/and that theres a wierd noise on bumps.I got the car on the lift to see if i can find the noise but i could not duplicate it.I didnt have enough time to check the brakes at the time.So i call the dealership up and they are saying that you cant bring a car back after a week of driving.I understand this because its common sense but i didnt drive the car until the end of the week.My first test drive of the car was in town and not on the freeway where you can feel the shaking(braking from 60mph).
Im not sure what to do

I'm sure the dealership has on paper how many miles your car had before you took it off. If there is a reasonable amount of mileage (less than 100miles, for example) on the car, you can always ask them to take another look. You bought the car from a dealership so they should be concerned about customer satisfaction at the least bit, especially since it's an acura. You just need to keep hassling them about your problem, because it's obviously not fair that the dealership would sell you a car with faulty brakes.
If anything, ask to speak with the service manager at the dealership and/or the general manager. I'm sure they will be more than happy to help you

Seems like you may be SOL. As TigRo703 mentioned, try showing them the mileage you've driven and explaining the situation. If you can't get anywhere with them, you'll probably just have to suck it up and put brakes and rotors on it to alleviate the shimmy.
Have you read your sales agreement to see what sort of obligations they have? If it was an as-is sale, then you have no recourse.

This is nowhere close to falling under lemon laws.
