Default Coilover question, need your response!

I just bought an 04 tsx and Looking to drop the car on coilovers. My last 2 cars had tein basics and tein ss's. I live in michigan and to be honest, I'm not happy at all with how they held up... Rusting.. seizing... They're great coilovers but not where I live.

So the question becomes, what are you guys running besides teins? I've always been a tein guy, but wanting to change now with something that will stand up to the michigan harsh winters..

Price needs to keep less than $1000

Any pics on your car with the drop it gives would be great!

I ran KW's on my EM2:

Stainless bodies so they don't get badly corroded like a lot of others. I had two sets of other brand coilovers that got badly rusted myself so i thought i'd try them - that and the fact that KW are renowned to be very good. They ride brilliantly and handle geat too.

What mine looked like after 18 months of the shittiest English weather, daily driven, and this is only having given them a 10 second wipe over:

I've no idea on prices over there but i'd say they're worth any extra over $1000, if they are higher. I'll be getting them for my Accord (US - TSX, obviously)

i would say to try the ksports! i have heard only good things about them although they are made really stiff so the ride may be sacrificed.. they are really great coils for the money.
