What Im trying to do is find an oem honda/acura rim that will fit the tl-s so I can put snow tires on them for the winter months.

The TL and the TL type S have the same brakes, rotors and calipers, nothing changes.
Except the new 6 spd TL-s, the calipers are bigger.
Therefore, YES, you can use those rims.
