Rear rotors becoming very hot after driving.

Rear rotors becoming very hot after driving.
I first noticed this when my wife came home and I walked out to the car. I could smell a burnt rubber type of odor. I checked all 4 tires but the rear passenger side tire had this tremendous amount of heat rolling off of it and was very hot to the touch. I threw some water on the rotor and it fizzled off. Since I needed new brakes anyway I went ahead and had the pads, rotors, and e-brake shoes replaced. Since then I haven't had that smell but both rear rotors still become very hot, just not as hot as the first time as I can hold my finger to the rotor a second or so longer than before and I can't feel the same amount of heat coming from the tire, I have to get very close to feel heat. Also, the brake pads aren't hot at all but water still boils off the rotors. This is for a 2010 Acura TL. Any advice on this? Thank you.
