Default N600 Owners read this, I need help!!!

I need to know what pistons to run in the 600, i have 3 engines and one is for racing. I want to keep it the same 2 stroke but with bigger pistons, someone told me that yamaha should fit and be 10+:1 compression. Any ideas?????

o.k. 62, youll have to do some research. there used to be a guy named Don something? he was in the area of walnut creek calif about 10 years ago. as i remember he had a ton of parts. i would try the oldest honda in that area. parts guys remember guys like this, and usually pass names and numbers along (so they dont have to deal with guys like us).
seems to me the bore was 74mm ? there was a Simca piston of that same size as i remember, but have no idea of the compression ratio.a guy i used to race with had them in his mini cooper s.
honda 450? bike cam chiain with master link for timing chain. removed 3 links for 600 use. i think maybe the tensioner roller may also work.also used a bike oil filter.
it has been a long time since i have been in one of these things, so im having to dig deep into the gray matter. my first honda was a 600 sedan, 20+ years ago, so some info may be a little fuzzy.
no the bright side i found a guy in nashville, tenn. that needs axles for coupe, and i have two. i may be trading with him for a 72 sedan. seems things do come in cycles. hope some of this helps you. i will dig throuhg old info and notes and try to find a last name and number for don. this may take a few days, but if i can find it, you can have it. good luck, don.

Right on! I'm still working on the piston issue, did find one place that has super custom pistons for 300+ I can't justify spending that much on that old of a car. I located someone in my local area that used to work on these things all the time and raced em. He had a turbo on it and said that the car ran 12s. WOW, we'll see what i can come up with for low cost upgrades though. I think I know the guy you are talking about, i can't find his number either... what dumb luck.. thanks for all your input
