my friend has a late 80's legend ...maybe early 90's and he wants to lower the car....I know he said it was the first year it came with a v6 and it has coilovers in the front and the shock and spring are seperate in the back....what would you guys recommend for lowering springs probable around 2 inches?? thanx

You're gonna need to get a little more specific with the info. Late 80's would be a first gen Legend, early 90's would be a 2nd gen. Also, all Legends are equipped with a V6, so that's not narrowing it down for us either.

If it's a 2nd gen, H&R springs will give around a 1.5" drop while maintaining a decent ride quality. I have no input on the 1st gens for you. Check out http://acura-legend.com

ok just got it it is a 1st gen ....86.....only ones I can find are about 250 bucks....
