Default Worth buying?

Hey guys whats going on? I used to be on this forum a lot when I had my EM2 looking to get back into the Honda game. I was wondering y'all opinion on a RSX some kid has for sale wondering if its worth the buy its 7 grand its a type s but it has 220,000 miles on it but the rebuilt motor and trans has about 35k he has all receipts and it seems legit. Never been in an accident. Just wondering on ya opinion lemme know what ya think

**** no, you can find something that has lower miles on the chasis is a later model for around the same price if you just look around. 220K is very dangerous cuz the motor isn't the only thing your gonna have to worry about bearings and things like that are going to need changing and whatnot...

I've been looking for a while and haven't found anything near this price everyone wants about 9 to 11k for an 02 I've seen some for 6grand for 02 03 with 150k with nothing rebuilt and not evena type s. My boy got a type s totaled from the back and he told me I can swap the whole front end suspension.but other than that I should be good right? Lol or what else should I take from him

The money you save is going to end up being spent on replacing other parts on the car that need some love after all those miles. I say be patient and if you don't mind taking a trip, it could be fun to go out of state for a better deal.

Yeah a bit too many miles on the chassis, IMO I would try and save a grand or two and get one with a lot less miles and original motor. Tax return time is right around the corner. Best of luck!
