RSX Type-S DC Sports Titanium in RSX Base
I just received the DC Sports Titanium upper front strut bar for the type-s thinking it would fit on my base - bad call. I didn't realize that there is some kind of a bracket or something coming off of the firewall on the type-s. Does anyone know if there is some kind of an adapter bracket that I can buy, or maybe if I can simply pull this part off of a wrecked S?
Or would it just be easier to go and buy a different strut bar?
I looked on here and on club rsx and couldn't find a dern thing.

I don't see it in that diagram. I see the type-S strut bar (stock) but not the mounting bracket.
Does anyone know of a place to get that part (since it is detachable) Or at least a pic?

Re: RSX Type-S DC Sports Titanium in RSX Base (consolidatedbord)
i put that same strut part on my girls base RSX i found the braket you are looking for the part number is on the brakets on the fire wall on a type S the only probem is that there are no holes on your fire wall to screw them in too totally different set up..i sold the strut bar to a friend who later wrecked his car strut bar bent but i can probably find out the part numbers
i didnt use the brakets but it didnt vibrate
