I'm not gonna vote on this one.

Simply because both cars have some good qualities. What the DC2 lacked in the muscular department, the DC5 made up with flying colors.

I guess the DC5 is more appealing to the general audience. It's more bold and carry stronger lines. It's wedge shape borrows from contemporary trends out. I'd also like to mention that the car resembles a Ferrari 360 minus Ferrari's exotic shapes. That's because the DC5's designer spent most of his time at Pininfarina and was captured by the 360's lines.

The 360 is taller than the 355. The DC5 is taller than the DC2.

Both cars are gorgeous to me.

chassis codes just like the engine is called b18c or H22a or K20c

DC5 was designed in the States; DC2 in Japan...that says it all right there

When DC5 first comes out, I don't like it because it lost the "mean" looking of DC2R(I mean JDM version), but as time goes by, I like it better because it is fresh and more eye catching than DC2R.

anyone seen the september 01 Best Motoring? the DC5R owns tsukuba. except for cutting off the WRX STi, it came second in a field with DC2R, s2k, nsx type s, S15 spec r, rs200, and the nsx passsed the DC5R on second to last or last lap. amazing. i am still in awe.

The RSX actually looks worse than the new Celica. The R body package does little to improve this fact.

Hey wakkoffsmurf, that's just an opinion of yours, and obviously a biased one at that seeing as how you drive the 2000 model. Show me the performance stats that would otherwise prove me wrong. TypeR for TypeR, the new one outperforms the old one. I think the new ones look better, but again, that's my opinion, but at least it isn't biased since I don't own one.
