brembo makes excellent blank rotors for cheaper than OEM.

might as well change your pads and rotors instead of turning your old ones and making them thinner.

what do you intend to do wit the car? how do you drive? you want alittle extra stopping power?

maybe brembo blanks + hawk HPS pads (slightly better than stock).

i dont know. you tell me..

check the sponsor section here on HT.

you can get a way better deal than that from one of the sponsors.

I don't think there are any special, bad driver brake pads.

The best brake pad is to not be a douchebag by driving fast on public roads.

I seriously won't tolerate such boasting in this forum, period.

Most people buy better brakes for street driving because it makes the car safer. They don't buy them to speed and to generally act stupid.

full-time student yet your post are almost completely incoherent?

Let me try to think of a set of desend break pads.

here you go:

Acne pads for when you start breaking out. I am sure they are better than desend though.

Well with all do respect.

Just because I made that statement does not mean it’s true. And yes the purpose of being on this forum to ask questions like what is a good replacement break pad and its should be a simple answer for the person that knows.

As for the statement it was an act of sarcasms, but not to insult anyone. But at least am glad you are concerned with the general public.

So what would be a good replacement break for more stopping power in the event that I may need it?

Well am glad you at least took the time to try to insult me but don’t have any acne problems. But thank you
You said my post was incoherent but yet your post is nothing relevant with brake pads what’s so ever. Please stop wasting your time to insult people and try and answer their questions.

Crazy and fast on public roads is the STUPIDEST thing you could ever do. SLOW DOWN!!!!!!

But anyway the Hawk HPS pads are pretty good. You can pick some up from corsportusa or something.

If you slow down on public roads and save the fast and crazy for autox, then look at a set of Axxis Ultimate pads. They have better cold bite than the Hawks.

Be warned though, any of these pads are going to dust somewhat significantly. That's why I like the OEM pad if it is just a mild daily driver.

if you realy honeslty dont have a need for it stick with stock pads and brembo blanks .. (blanks<<<&lt(not sloted or drilled or dimpled which are all a waste)

the ultimates are a good pad..just make sure your brake pads are seated well and you willbe fine. how many miles are on your car btw ?

Most aftermarket pads will dust, and many will make noise. I tried a set of carbotech bobcats and I hated those pads. They stopped pretty good, but damn were they noisy. The ultimates had better cold bite and were not quite as noisy, but they did dust like a ****.

Honestly man, new OEM pads are where it's at if your car is just a daily (and you drive like a sane person). Also, the brakes on the Type S are decent size. It's not like a 94-01 Integra GSR where the brakes and rotors were silly-small and almost demanded a pad upgrade.
