Problem with brake lights on EP3

Problem with brake lights on EP3
Hey guys thanks in advance for the help, here is the problem:
First off I have a 2002 Civic ep3.
1. 2 main brake lights do not work.
2. 3rd brake light on spoiler does work
3. Replaced bulbs multiple times to insure I'm using the right ones (now using the ones from honda)
4. All fuses are fine, and horn works.
5. Both rear turn singles (which share the same bulbs) also work.
I'm a little confused here..I haven't checked the switch under the pedal yet because I figured the 3rd light wouldn't work either if that was out. I also know the bulbs are fine, and the fuses are fine. Any idea what else it could be? I thought for sure it was the bulbs since one went out first a long while ago,then I checked and they were both out...It also seems the wires are fine because if something was wrong there then they wouldn't work for the turn signals either.. (only one set of wires, same brightness for signals and brake lights). Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

No I did not, not yet...I figured if that was out then all of my brake lights would be out, but only 2/3 of them are.
