if money isn't an issue then i don't see how this is even a question. the 06+ civics have the best interiors and drivetrains. if you're planning on keeping the car close to stock i'd definitely recommend the 06+.

I almost bought an EM1 instead of my EP3. But then I drove the EP3 and loved the newer interior look, the seats, and the amount of torque it had compared to a b series. I have never driven an EM1 but I have driven an Integra Type R. Althought I would take an ITR over my EP3 anyday I like the K series engine more because it makes the same power but more torque. And I knew in the long run K series parts would become cheaper as they became more popular so having the newer car would benefit me.

Plus I like how the EP3 is the ONLY civic of its kind. The EM1 looks like every other civic coupe out there. There are so many Si EM1 clones around my town. You can't clone an EP3 and they are less popular so that also gave it that special place in my heart.

again, by fd the op probably meant the fa, as the fd isn't available in the u.s. chances are, the op lives in the u.s., limiting him to the fa. it's the same thing as when people talk about their 'ek' when it's really an 'ej' as the ek was never sold in the u.s.

Tru Dat... I left my EP parked on the street in Chicago on a Friday, took the train back to WI, then came back to Chicago to pick it up on Monday morning and it was still there. From that point forward I knew theft wasn't a concern.
