Sounds like an A3 to me (a lot like my car, actually). Intakes get louder above 4000 rpm on these cars.

that's not the mugen style lip. It looks more like the kaminari lip.

It's not the same style that Mugen made for the EP, but it's taken from the previous Mugen lip that was done for previous Civics like the EG.
