RRC intake manifold, 70mm Hybrid Racing throttle body, Golden Eagle fuel rail , Aeromotive a1000, and Triple-T Racing fuel return system installed. I also had to re route my brake boost vacuum line for the turbo as well, using 8an braided line.

Well today starts the big week of me putting on my turbo kit...

Tried to take my oil pan off, and didnt know I had to pull the whole motor up 6 inches to do so. I called it a night, I got it off enough to welded it and drill it out from under the car.

I fubared my downpipe so Im going to have some one make me another one some day, also found out my turbo seal is leaking oil on the exhaust side. Its susposed to be a brand new turbo to that I bought from OceanState Tuning on this forum. Well Idk if the seals go bad from just sitting around. Just made my weekend... Until I get it fixed might be awhile money is tight right now.

What did you do about the power steering pump? Just remove it from the k24 and use the k20a3 belt?

When I purchased my k24a2 the power steering pump was already removed. I used all the Ep3 accessories. Crank pulley, altenator, A/C pump, Rsx type S water pump, and Ep3 tensioner. For the belt I just bought a new one for the Ep3. The fitment was no problem. You could use the k24 water pump the pulleys are the same. I wanted the oil cooler added on my k24 so thats why I used the rsx water pump.

Finally got my turbo back for Pure Turbo...

Now im going to take my car to Stage 6 and have Dwight make my a downpipe, custom

turbo coolant lines, and weld me an old style air temp. sensor flange on my intercooler

pipe. I hoping to drop it off Friday and maybe have it back next week sometime. Also

while I was waiting on the turbo I change the spark plugs out to BKR9EIX NGKs and put my

Deatschwerks 1300cc injectors in.

Does anyone know if the stock k20z3 civic si oil cooler is the same exact part as the rsx-s oil cooler? my stock k20z3 unit is leaking coolant and i changed the hoses and still leaking and i cant find the leak. at honda dealers brand new its over $200 but at acura dealer the price is much lower like $130 or less and they have different part numbers so i would like to know if there is any difference? thanks

If they have different part numbers then they are different parts. It appears that the civic one is wider. Nipples on coolers are slight arranged different.

OIL COOLERS

Rsx Type S on top
10)-P# 15500-PRB-A01

Civic Si on bottom
16)-P#15500-RBC-004

Also I noticed that they both use the same bolt to hold them down

11,17)-P# 15560-PCX-004

I believe that the Rsx one will work.

Update...

Stage 6 is taking for every, but they are doing a great job and everything looks real nice.
I hoping to have it back by the end of the week. Then i'll be getting it tuned next week hopfully. I'll have to put 2 new tires in the front, i going with 225/50/16 on the stock wheels and dropped about 1.75". Everywhere I researched said they fit with no rub in the front. The back is 205/50/16. Im going to keep the front bigger then the back now. I also have to get a alignment before I tune it. I cant wait...

Tires came today....

Wider in the front for more grip. Im using 205's in the back.

Im going to head down to stage 6 tomorrow and see where their at on my car.

Hoping to have it tuned next week. Im going to keep my fingers crossed.

You should go 225/50 on all four wheels....205/50 isn't enough tire for our heavy *** cars

I would have to roll the wheel wells in the back and for right now im good on that. Maybe in the future though, when I go bigger in the front and then 225/50 in the back.

So i'm having a issue with my coils not getting any signal. I melted a peiece of my engine harness when I first installed my turbo. So I ordered a new harness. I'm hoping this fixes my issue with no spark.
