It is still and will remain the Integra in Japan. You can thank Acura and their alphanumeric names for shelving the Integra name...

I don't know if that's a type r or not, I think it is judging by the brakes and wheels. They get brembos, and we get screwed... isn't that always the way?

Yes it is still called an Integra in Japan and that pic is of a Type-R.
