Yes but the Si also has the stick on the dash which makes it easier to use. The RSX is close, but the problem people usually have is that they pull toward them while they are trying to shift fast. This shoots it right into 2nd gear. The Si shifter is on the dash more or less and shifts easier then the RSX. It's almost error proof. I drove the Si many times and the shifter just seems better.

If you do a search you will find more threads about blown motors on a RSX then you will find regarding blown motors on the Si.

when you shift from 3-4 make sure you DO NOT pull you arm towards yourself. pull straight down.

I think the worst misshift i ever did was trying to go to 6th and i went from 5th to 4th instead of 6th. Man that is messed up dude, thats why people should be more careful about the way they shift.. this has happened so many times!!!

Your warranty is expired im assuming?? Cause you have no choice but to get a new engine at this point.

3rd to 4th is the easiest shift, and i love doing it, i could do it for days, cause your not being thrown in the back of your seat, things are going smoothly, all you do is pull it down, and accelerate.

mm, im doing it right now... oh god im having an orgasm.

i dont see how you went from 3rd to forth.

thats like im possible.

i hope that i never make that mistake.

3rd to 4th orgasm again..hold on.. mmm...

i think im going to go out and drive my car and repeatedly shift from 3rd to 4th because its so much fun and i dont know why, its like yeah i own this damn road, and you shift and your like man i am so cool..

</TD></TR></TABLE>

dahahaha

yet so true
