Default How to remove tree sap?

I parked my EP3 underneath a big tree last night (big mistake) and got tree sap all over the front end of my car. It has already hardened on there. What is the best way to remove it? Thanks..

okay here's what you could do. wait till early in the morning when your car gets all wet and than the tree sap's going be all liquified.. just clean it than up right after with soap water and that should work 100% unless your waking up too late \

Wash it.

Else, claybar and wax it.

And stay away from those trees.

try one of those goo-b-gone type products. mine smells really bad and takes off everything... it's called "gum and adhesive remover" from a company called "klean strip". i think i got it at an automotive shop - either pep boys or kragen, both are close to my house.
