Ep3 suspension mod

Re: Ep3 suspension mod
So, I guess I'm going A-spec as well after more read'n. Another stupid question: since my bump stops need replacing, do I replace them easily while installing the A-spec or are the bump stops part of the A-spec?

Re: Ep3 suspension mod
Howdy guys! Just posting a followup on my '05 ep3 after getting the a-spec kit installed. I don't have any experience with performance cars, but FWIW this is an incredible upgrade from my OEM suspension. I haven't experienced the HFP suspension, so I can't compare to that.
There was a huge reduction in body roll. The ride is noticeably stiffer which I love. Handling as far as cornering and speeding up through turns is amazing. Not really sure if it is the alignment affecting it or the suspension itself, but I definitely have more traction and less under steer through fast curves. There are a few parts of the road I now have to avoid lest my spine gets a good jolt.
I'm riding on stock 16's with Bridgestone Potenzas, so my shoes definitely need an upgrade. I have a type-s rear sway on the way which should add some extra fun as well. So far, sitting in traffic and cruising through 2 school zones at 10mph-15mph on my 25 minute 6 mile daily commute to work is much more exciting.

Re: Ep3 suspension mod
I found a set of JDM ITR springs and struts on Ebay with 6Km on them and put them on as my 3rd suspension. Had D2's to start with, one blew, then put on H&R and Tokico D-Spec, didn't really like the combo for some reason. Put on the OEM ITR spring and strut (came together, just slapped them on) and it was the PERFECT suspension for a DD. I highly suggest trying to find a set.
After typing that I realize that it's gonna be hard to find a set now, I got mine 3 years ago...but worth a look imo.
Not a great pic, but the best I have. RSX-S 5 lug conversion + ITR springs/struts.
