Icon3 Which Civic To Choose ? HELP!!

I'm currently in the process of purchasing a civic, i have came accross two offers that i'm very interested in.

1st Civic- 2002, 5speed, SI, Vtec , Cert/E-test, Silver, 2 door 140km w/ timing belt and water pump already replaced, comes with rims that i like for 5500.

2nd Civic- 2002 , 5speed, Si, Vtec, no cert/e test, silver 2 door 110km with timing belt n water pump not changed. for 5200.

timing belt and water pump changed?

Is this an EP3? cause that has a timing chain... which you usually don't worry about like a belt... and the water pump isn't part of the timing belt like the old B,D,F,H series engines so people don't just change them just because they are doing a timing belt anymore...

But for an extra 300 get the rims and new parts. This was a dumb thread question lol

^Yea you don't really have to worry about the timing belts on the 02-05 si's because they are chain driven and don't really need to change them. The one with 110km sounds good though..
