If you're referring to a Schroth 3 or 4-point, then yes--they will work fine in the RSX.
But they are really only for autox. Don't use for daily driving or for an HPDE.

Just an FYI. OEM seats and seatbelts are designed to let your head/upper torso 'slide' down in the case of a rollover, severe side hit, etc.
A harness is designed to hold everything upright, even in the case of an upside-down car. However, in a street car without a cage, and upside down car is often one that has its top crushed (not so with a rollcage). So your head will then be crushed.
Harness for street driving =
Use OEM belts.

How do harnesses not let you slide down?
Assuming a 3 or 4 point harness, wouldnt you still be able to slide out of your seat, thats why they make that crotch harness to keep you from sliding under the steering column right?
Purely thinking of the top of my head.

IMO RSX seats suck for the track if they are leather. they don't hold for **** and you slide everywhere. there would be no reason for it not to be safe, i just wouldn't want the shoulder straps to be cutting into my neck.
