best mods on an ep3
im in the market right now to buy one, and was just wondering what mods were suggested under a low budget, and n/a route . i was considering the hondata reflash but i don't know where the immobilizer is, and was wondering how much it would cost extra to drive down to a shop to get the whole reflash takin care of? and has anyone used the hondata intake gasket and what they thought of it

Re: best mods on an ep3 (4door)
Hondata is hands down the essential best power mod for N/A on the EP3.
On Hondata's site there are exact instructions with pictures of how to remove the immobilizer and ECU... it takes a half-hour at the most, but they fail to mention something important: DISCONNECT THE BATTERY BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING!
Anyways, if you're in california, you can get it done at their shop, but pay taxes. If you're not in california, you can use any dealer (all they do is send you the pre-paid shipping labels) the price is always the same.
If you want a good dealer, I recommend jdkindle@kindleracing.com. Jeramy is one of the fastest N/A RSX drivers, he knows K-series, and he's an honest and dependable Hondata dealer
