what the diffrent between Honda NSX and Acura NSX??

One has Honda badges, the other has Acura badges. Its like asking whats the difference between a Honda Integra and a Acura Integra (...or RSX).
Are you asking what is the difference between a USDM and JDM NSX?

Until very recently, Acura was a North American brand and was only available here and in Hong Kong. The Acura brand is now being used in more countries.
It is used to re-badge upscale models that American Honda thought would be harder to sell here if they had the Honda name on them.

correct me if i'm wrong but i think they use different octane in america than in most other places. i think if you bring an edm car here it will ping a lot cuz it's made for 98+ octane gas that is the standard in europe but our standard is 87. that might be one thing.
but other than that it might be engine codes, side the steering wheel's on, language any voice commands would/could be in, that sorta stuff

octane rating systems are different throughout the world. so just because its called 98etc doesnt means its an advanced version or higher version of our 94
