Re: To All Nsx Owner's (AcuraTech23)
so in other words...the NSX is still built like a Honda. Another glorious credit to our badge. That guy kept his car in great shape, good to know it can look that good, cause I won't be gettin mine for another 5 years at least.

thats probably why a new motor costs 20k for the shortblock
but dam thats pretty nuts to see one with 300k, thats a ton of miles for any car, let alone a "super car"

There are always some for sale. Be careful though; restoring an NSX that was abused can be VERY costly.

he just means that every part for a nsx costs like 10 times more than it does for civics, integras, accords, s2000's, etc

I like Hondas and all. But when did the flip-up lamps get replaced. Personally I like flip lamps. ex: 86'-89' accord

Re: To All Nsx Owner's (MIDNIGHTTUNER)
blame out government. It seems that they don't want cars with flip up headlamps anymore. Get this, the reason is "because if they fail, then you won't have any lighting."
How many cars do you see with 1 or 0 headlights driving anyway? Its illegal and they know it, so why punish the rest of us? thats like saying all car brakes need two piston calipers because if one goes out then that whole rotor has no clamping force. Lame.
Flip up headlights on cars like the NSX will always be cool.

Re: To All Nsx Owner's (MIDNIGHTTUNER)
yeah but they also weight what like 25 pounds more than the fixed headlights, although the nsx with the flip up headlights is the one that will always be rememberd as the "japanese ferrari"

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by AcuraTech23 »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">This is a regular customer that bring his nsx to our dealership. It is a 91 Nsx in pristine condition with over 300,000 miles on the odometer. Engine has never been rebuilt or taken apart for repair. This is what I call a drivers car, it is amazing to see this car with that many miles. Still runs like new, no knock, ping, or leaks. The guy drive his Nsx everywhere not like most people who garage their car all year round. This is the way to drive an Nsx not on a trailer. If anyone ever complain why the Nsx cost so much, this is one of the reason. A solid built car that is reliable, easy to drive and handle better most cars that cost twice as much. Try to get 300k out of a Porche or a Viper with replacing and engine or turbo.

That is great!! If you have any additional photos of the car I would greatly appreciate seeing how it is holding up.
My personal goal is to put a least 500,000 miles on an NSX, so I love it when I see threads and stories about NSXs that are over halfway there and going strong!

Isnt' that going to be kind of hard with 2 NSX's? However, they ARE a blast to drive. Seriously, best of luck to you
I'm completely awestruck by the condition of the car for having that many miles. Truly a worthy NSX owner.

I am focusing my efforts on one with the other on 'stand-by'.
Agreed on the condition of this car. I would love to see more detailed pictures of it, and of the interior.

Re: To All Nsx Owner's (Meeyatch1)
Very cool! I'm a high-mileage Acura guy myself, having recently passed the milestone in my 1994 Legend. Glad to see the NSX is an equally reliable ride. Here's mine.
