Concept and prototype cars often appear with custom tires that are not any manufacturer's production tires. That appears to be the case here.

yeah, tires on concept cars are in fact "concept tires"..they are handcut for the car and LOUD and usually not road worthy. much like the parts on a concept car they wont work on the street.

they have that yokohama look i wonder how they would handle. they look like some tires from overseas. I think someone posted a pic of these similar tires a while back

Bridgestone. But there's no tire info on the side, so they're probably concepts only.
I downloaded an image of the wheel side from cardesignnews.com, increased the contrast, put an edge enhancement filter on it and finally could see the Bridgestone logo on the tire sidewall.
Yes, I'm a geek.
