Lol I sold a factory orange NSX because the rear bumper was repainted and it didn't match under non direct light! I can relate.

It sucked. I really did love the Phoenix Yellow. But it was a blessing because I ended up with this Champ White with the red seats.

I hear you. I have the stock CAI somewhere.. and springs. Both were swapped as soon as the car came off the lot.

You could also get some new bolts for the heat shield.

Another thing I just realized.. forget the red interior - there wasn't any US Championship White R's in 2000 and 2001. Crazy.

Damn man, with all the professional look over, I am very surprised you didn't ask him to try and locate the BT0 exh. mani bolts that came factory black for the shield

They haven't been available for quite some time, long discontinued, just busting *****. You can always paint them flat/low gloss black to make it "original"
