Realistically I'll probably leave around 6pm. I'm thinking we'll probably meet the LA guys in Valencia around 8pm for dinner.

good news/bad news:

good: we got in from the waiting list.
bad: costing us extra.
reason: the Lotus guys are complaining about how much they have to pay for their own group, so SV called up today to ask if we want to run with them. it ends up costing a bit more because we are splitting the group fee between less drivers.. but at least we get to drive.
look for a '97 ITR and a black '00. both covered in cow manure, as we're coming from Central Valley. haha
so. from what i can tell everyone is gonna try to pit on the east side of the tower? finding a grip of ITRs shouldn't be that hard.

how safe it is to leave wheels/tools/etc in the pits??

so. do i put our names on the list, though we aren't running in your group (which sucks)?

just got the car back from tune and im very dissappointed. lost almost 20 hp with my last set up and running 140-150 psi comp on all 4 cyl.
still be running and if it blows. then it blows....
least i have a new shiney tow hook to show and gurney flap....
i might need a tow back home after 2 laps....

The pit area is really safe. Nothing will get stolen there.

At the Redline event 2 weeks ago there was a photographer on the track taking pic's of everyone's car. I paid $65 for a cd that the photographer took of my car. Total of 18 pictures. Not that bad.. if you ask me

awesome.. 'cause i just bought some JDM ITR wheels.. and if my tires don't pass tech, they will be in the pits.. along with my speaker box, if i don't leave it home. i dunno if i can drive for an hour and a half with no tunes!!!
