Already did search, found nothing. My friend is selling his vision coilover for a pretty good price, but I have never heard of any comments on it so I'm doing a research before I make any decision...

Has anyone heard, or tried vision coilovers? I have never heard of it before, but he said before he was selling it, that he's very satisfied with it..... It's height adjustable only. Thanks in advance.

 

Vision Technica races or raced in the N1 series back in the day and they are one of the tuners who continue to fly the Honda flag exclusively.

Their dampers are made by TEIN so they are of above average quality, the one you are referring to is probably the one most similar to the TEIN HR.... I believe Vision valves them differently as the HRs have softer rates compared to the Visions which are 10k front and 8k rear.

If they are anything like the HRs...they make a good daily driver and seem to be quite competent on track too, based on my friend's feedback when he tracked his BB6 a couple of years back.

 

The old '95 spec Tein N1's are valved for smooth race surfaces. I used a set with a 14kg/12kg setup for two years and I loved them until I got my Zeal S6's. Because of valving differences the S6's with 20kg/16kg springs actually ride better on the street than the old N1's. The new N1's and S6's are on the same level. The old N1's were height and preload adjustable only.

Excuse me for bringing up this post but do you know whether one should order the DC1/2 coilovers for our ITR or the EG ones please?

Is the lca on the dc1 different please?
