That sucks. Could be a LOT of things. Suspension bushings, loose spare tire (rubber on sheetmetal squeak), interior plastic panels, exhaust, etc. Hopefully it's superficial.
-- When do you hear the squeak? Bumps? Cornering? Idle?
-- Can you find a small passenger to wander your trunk while you drive and make the squeak happen?

Hahahah I had to clime in there recently, and let me tell you, there is nothing to hold on to, and I was getting bumped around- even slow driving. But I did find the noise I had
I say check two things the brake lights and the filler panel below the brake lights, they have gaskets and maybe they wore out.

Solution: turn music up

I'd be willing to bet $10.00 that its the clips that hold the plastic trim panel to the underside of your hatch. Try pressing on it and see if you hear the squeak. Some electrical tape wrapped around the metal clips that hold it in place took care of it for me.

when the bushings on the rear swaybar are worn, it will often make a squeek.. check the suspension bolts, check the bushings.. if nothing is wrong, it might just be an interior panel..
