TPS sensor question

Default TPS sensor question

One of the set rivets came out of my TPS and it is now loose and moves all over.My Idle now surges and the throttle response seems to hesitate really bad.What do I need to do to get it back right.Please help this sucks....

Can you put a bolt in place of it?

replace them with bolts.
they are standard metric thread
and make sure you adjust it

How and what do I adjust on it.How do I calibrate it or will it need that.

do you adjust it with a voltmeter because my idle has been a litte surgy ever since I took mine off(RC t/b)....?

Yes, voltemeter..I think its supposed to be around 4.5V

.45V fully closed and 4.45V fully open

ohm meter will work if you can't supply vloltage to the sensor
