well this past weekend i attended my second time attack event.. first time was lots of fun for me, but not my car. Brakes were heating up pretty bad, car felt really loose, so i was doing some pretty crappy times.. this time around I was a lil more prepared.. New rotors all away around, HPS pads in the front, stocks in the back.. guys from PIC helped my out with some new suspension and ASR 24 mm sway bar, also went out there with some Nitto NT01's.. was really happy with the performance of the car, and dropped over 4 secs of my time.. had a blast once again didnt really take alot of pics but here you go, if you fellas have any advice or pointers, let me hear it.. thanks

your right!! only the second time running but man i love it.. tons of fun. hopefully next year ill be able to make it to one of the events

 

It is seriously addicting. They don't call it the bug for nothing. I'm hoping to attend 2-4 DEs next year once the car is completed: We-Todd in April, Expo in June, IA in July, and We-Todd again in November. We'l see how everything pans out.

i did tape it up for my first event.. but after i took all the tape off i noticed it did more damage than prevented it.. noticed lil marks from the tape so i decided not to..

Honestly, the marks I do have from the track (not many) are all black marks, so you'll be fine out there.

Looks like MSR. Some of the kinks there you have to sacrifice an ideal line so you are set up for the next curve.

 

You where on HPS pads? Get something a little more aggresive up front and you will do even better. That looked like fun.

yea, im still learning so.. only the second time around, so still need lots of lots of practice and advice
