if you are talking about s-tech springs.
i think h&r works better.
because h&r offers some special springs for the r.

You won't like them. They're way too soft.

They are good if you want to have a lower look and want to be comfortable drive around time. But if you are looking for some good performance, get something else.

There is such a thing as too comfortable.

You'll feel about half the impact on irregularities on the street and highway (depending on how big the bump is and if you're hitting the bumpstop).

For me, progressive springs are way too numb. Once you get the squatted into a turn, it's rock solid. It's the numbness that bothers me...and quite a few other people...look up Spoon springs in the search. Also see my sig for the spring rates on the three brands.

The kg/mm's, Spoon progressives are the same way. I'm not sure how much worse the Tein S-tech softs will be b/c their rates are a lot lower than the Spoons and the KGM DR Race and Super Sport springs.
