I changed the o2 sensor and for about 2 weeks it ran fine... better gas mileage etc.
then today i get in my car this morning to take it to a detailer and it starts missing. im buying a distributor, wires and plugs see if that helps. if this has happened to anyone else with their itr please let me know what remmedies you have thanks

yes i do have a cel it blinks then stays on but it has done this many times before and will pick and chose when it wants to misfire. does this still sound like the distributor?

For real...
Did you do that already? Was it a random misfire? If you can't get codes, just beat on it for a little while, it will eventually throw one. Definitely start replacing ignition system bits (coil, cap, rotor, wires, plugs).
My car was missing in boost when warm (not hot).... *shrug*
smaller gapped plugs may have helped. But a N/A ITR shouldn't miss unless your gaps were totally screwed up.
