Any CEL?

If you're misfiring you will get a CEL. If your Distributor is crapping out you will get a CEL.

check the CEL and see what it says. sounds like plugs, wires, cap/rotor would be a good place to start. its always good to replace that stuff anyway.

For real...

Did you do that already? Was it a random misfire? If you can't get codes, just beat on it for a little while, it will eventually throw one. Definitely start replacing ignition system bits (coil, cap, rotor, wires, plugs).

My car was missing in boost when warm (not hot).... *shrug*

smaller gapped plugs may have helped. But a N/A ITR shouldn't miss unless your gaps were totally screwed up.

Try changing the rotor and distributor cap (use OEM)
