This is what I heard from a friend who used it. He had the two peice spoon header and he said he liked the 2 peice over the 1 because of tq increase but the 1 peice gave him more overall power.
I used to have one. It came with my motor. It is really lightweight and thin walled. Probably 0.065" or something. It basically is used to replace the heavy cast unit. They also sell the lower half. Mine only came with the upper. Sorry I don't have any more info on it.

This upper header is designed for low-mid-range torque. You will notice more acceleration and very good response. Furthermore , it is so light Spoon 2.8kg and stock is like 7.8kg so a 5kg difference in weight.
Don't waste your money on it.
Why? a reason should be given with that.

And if money is not an issue and you want a Spoon header, just get the newer 4-2-1 Spoon header.
