Some minor, I mean minor mods to the R this weekend.
Since my passenger window could only go down from the master switch, I had these modified JDM switches I slapped in. While I was at it, I put back the rubber track for the window because it kept rattling. That white sticky stuff from the plastic is messy as hell. Oh, for some weird reason, the passenger window works with the on/off switch in the "on position. This is how it was with the stock switches. I can't figure it out.
When I picked up the car it had a JDM cluster in it. Since I am an ITR cluster *****, I had an extra USDM cluster. I had to remove the needle in order to match the mileage on the R. Might as well throw on a yellow needle on the USDM speedo.
I bought this optional rear strut bar brand new for my old hatch, and decided to yank it out before I sold the car. So, I threw it in.
I also got rid of the POS CF wing and put in a stock one. Might change my axle seals tomorrow if I am up to it.

I only put in the USDM cluster because I had two. I would have put in a UKDM cluster, but I sold my second one.

They are still available in the UK and Europe. I bought the bar brand new on eBay almost 4 years ago for a good price.

Good stuff. I like the window switch bezels.

My driver side window is rattling as well. I think there's more wind noise coming from the door also. So is it a case of the rubber window track falling out of the metal guide?

Mine rattled when the window was down. Over the years, the rubber track inside the metal track (within the door) slides off. At the bottom of my door was the rubber track. I just slide it back on the metal track, tested the window to make sure it wouldn't slide down again. No more rattling.

The part number for the rear strut bar is 08W71-ST7-600. Chiswick Honda in the UK does ship internationally. If anybody is interested, give them an email or call. Let us know if they are still available.

hehe nice nick.
did you dremel the auto-down side on the jdm bezel? cause i was too lazy to do mine, so i have to force the switch into auto-down, but otherwise i can still use up and down no problem

I dremeled the driver switch hole a little larger (works like stock) and the on/off switch hole.
