Side moldings?
I know all the integras except for ITR had side moldings, and i was wondering wut would an rs/ls/gs/gsr look like with the molding taken off? will it look like the ITR or will it have a lump on where the molding use to be.
I just kinda think my CW rs would look alot better without the side moldings

Um, have you ever seen the side of a Type R? That's what it would look like.
Once you filled in the holes left by removing the side moulding, that is.

Ten holes maybe? Dunno.
Ghetto fill = Bondo and repaint.
Choice fill = body shop and repaint (they'll probably use Bondo as well, but they'll do a better job).
Too much trouble and not worth it at all.

It leaves like 10-15 holes IIRC, you need to weld in the holes then file, sand, smooth, paint the side of the car to get it to look right. I know b/c I just painted my car. and removed those moldings:
Of what it will look like done correctly...that car was originally a stock tafetta LS, now it's CW & black....

it's even funnier how you don't understand his question! He was asking if other integra models ie. LS and GSR's look the same after having thier moldings shaved.

No, you actually did ask what I said. Its the same damn thing and tons of integras have had their mouldings shaved, this isnt Type R related at all, its LS GSR RS whatever and its moreover Appearance/cosmetic related. Searching in there would have answered your question immediately.

Welding would be the BEST option. Bondo will expand and contract with weather change. If you just shove bondo in there, after time you'll be able to see little sqaures pop up under your paint where the clips used to be. The forces that are put on your door from opening and closing it are enough to pop the Bondo out of the holes.

dude, you're asking questions that are easily answered by calling a local bodyshop that you PREFER to take your car to. to some people, a $500 job is half-assed and to some people that's great.
NOW GET THE GODDAMN PHONE BOOK.
