what about making a jig from the rear bumper support mounts under the trunk or trailing arm mounting holes to the area just inward of the of the LCA mount on the subframe. That is a point that fully exists on both the old and new subframe. That would be easy and get you very close.

Just an idea.

The procedure for replacement with all measurements is located in the Integra Factory Body Repair Manual.

D all I can say is good luck and take your time.
In your pictures the top view the two holes you see are what you should us to locate this piece. I bet the pins are used are located within +/- 0.5mm on the body. Youll need to make a jig that locations this piece from the key hole locations off the Front of the car. I don't think you'll be able to get the +/-0.5mm without a machine shop and use of CMM to layout your jig.
Also you will have to drill out the spot welds, remove the paint and plug mig welds the get the part welded back in.

Key hole locations on the front of the car are where???
I'll jig it off existing locations on the car, keep it simple, no need to break out the coordinate measuring machine i have in storage.

Off the fire wall piece, there should be an area that has a frame structure that goes it the front floor area of the car. Near the transistion area there are holes those are some of the main holes I am refering to.
