u know how the sub frame tie bar has those two mounts it bolts up to . thos dont come on a regular integra would u cut those off and sell them to me

what about making a jig from the rear bumper support mounts under the trunk or trailing arm mounting holes to the area just inward of the of the LCA mount on the subframe. That is a point that fully exists on both the old and new subframe. That would be easy and get you very close.

D all I can say is good luck and take your time.
In your pictures the top view the two holes you see are what you should us to locate this piece. I bet the pins are used are located within +/- 0.5mm on the body. Youll need to make a jig that locations this piece from the key hole locations off the Front of the car. I don't think you'll be able to get the +/-0.5mm without a machine shop and use of CMM to layout your jig.
Also you will have to drill out the spot welds, remove the paint and plug mig welds the get the part welded back in.

I'll jig it off existing locations on the car, keep it simple, no need to break out the coordinate measuring machine i have in storage.
