Default Ran out of power steering fluid and...
I was wondering if Gunk Power steering fluid for Honda's will be adaquate?

I wouldn't use anything other than Honda. You can buy OEM p/s fluid at Autozone

I removed the hose at the pump to get to the cam gears and it leaked out.
