I know, Power FC users are rare, but I need some help urgent..

Today I`ve changed settings: Cams +2°/+1°, f/a, throttle, ignition very early. The result is a serious power-gain..., I guess 185-190whp. Fine.
Every setting is within the "mild" parameters, so FC-Commander shows no error.

But still my engine check light blinks like crazy when throttle is 3/4 between 3k and 6k rpm..(pinging)

In this case, the manual offers two possibilities:

1) Injectors are at maxed out (I don`t think so)
2) There may be detonation (wouldn`t I notice that in any way while driving)

So please, can ANYBODY help ??

hmmmm...from most users of Power FC here in Australia I have a number of friends that use them. Yes Check engine light des come on once in a while although the power FC detects pinging than OEM ECU. But if it blinks like crazy like you said I would ask jacob (DC2#309) he knows alot about FC's as he has tuned them for many of my friends DC2 and the like.

Have you tried to take ingition timing out near that rev range to see if the blinking decreases?

Is the CEL set to show 'knock events' or something else?
